Sean Sears

Sean Sears has worked in the design and marketing industry since 1991. Sean's first role was Creative Director at Crystal Communications. In 1997, they became Marketing & Media Specialist at Columbia Healthcare of Central KY, where they managed print, collateral, identity and web design for 6 Central Kentucky hospitals. From 1999 to 2009, they were Co-founder, VP Product Development at 10Best.com, where their main responsibilities included design, web development, UI design/wireframing, UX/UI, low/hi-fi prototyping, pathing and analytics, SEO, and product development. In 2009, they joined radii llc as a partner, assuming responsibility for website development, art direction, design and print production. In 2021, they became a Board Member at EnVeritas Group. Sean's current role is Chief Design Officer at Stark RFID, a position they have held since 2022. Sean also runs their own freelancing business, seanosears.com.

Sean Sears earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a Minor in English Literature from the University of Kentucky between 1985 and 1990.
