Bob Dukes

Bob Dukes is a Sales and Client Services Manager with extensive experience in assisting clients with mechanical system needs and HVAC solutions. They served as Regional Vice President at PM Realty Group from 2001 to 2005 and later worked as a Senior Consultant at The Asset Preservation Group from 2009 to 2018, managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across Florida. Currently, Bob holds the position of Account and Client Services Manager at Stark Tech and Existing Building Sales and Services Manager at Shaw Mechanical Services LLC. They also contributed to the Central Florida NAIOP Chapter as Member/Vice President from 1987 to 2006, and previously worked as Senior Manager of Business Development at Bovis Lend Lease from 1996 to 2001. Bob earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business in 1978.
