Tripp Hathaway

Tripp Hathaway has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tripp started their career in 2011 with the South Carolina National Guard, where they held multiple roles including Air Defense Coordination Officer, Operations Officer, Commander, and CBRN Officer. In these positions, they managed operations, equipment, and personnel. In 2022, Hathaway worked as the Director of Business Development (Energy Services) at ANTARES Group Incorporated. The following year, they joined Stark Tech in the same role. Tripp has also worked at Hannah Solar Government Services LLC, where they served as an Estimator responsible for determining costs for solar PV, energy storage, and microgrid projects. Tripp later became the Sales & Marketing Manager and then the Business Development Manager, overseeing marketing strategies and securing new business opportunities.

Tripp Hathaway earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The Citadel in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Management with a focus on Military Leadership from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, completing their studies in 2010. In addition, they hold certifications such as PV Technical Sales Professional from the NABCEP: North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, obtained in June 2019, and OSHA 30 Hour: Construction, obtained in 2012.
