Jeff Solum is a seasoned wireless system architect with extensive experience in the field of communication technologies. Currently serving at Starkey Hearing Technologies since January 2004, Jeff has played a key role in the development of the first non-nearfield wireless hearing aids. Prior experience includes a position as system architect at ADC Telecommunications from 1995 to 2004, where Jeff contributed to the creation of the world's first commercially deployed OFDM communication system. Earlier in the career, Jeff worked as an engineer at Collins Avionics and Communications Division of Rockwell from 1985 to 1995, focusing on software defined radios and airborne communication systems. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
