Scott Marks

Scott Marks is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property, currently serving as Patent Counsel at Starkey Hearing since 2021. Prior to this role, Scott held key positions at major companies, including Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property at Abbott following the St. Jude acquisition from 2017 to 2021, and Managing Counsel - Intellectual Property at St. Jude Medical from 2012 to 2017. Scott also served as Principal Patent Counsel at Medtronic from 2007 to 2012 and gained early experience as an associate at Faegre & Benson LLP, Fulbright & Jaworski, and Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
