John Casten

John Casten has an extensive work experience history, starting in 1994 with M&M/Mars where they held various roles, including Field Finance Manager and National Account Manager. John then worked at Cadbury Schweppes, where they served as Director of Sales for the South Texas division and later as Director of Trade Promotion Management. In 2008, they joined the Dr Pepper Snapple Group as Director of Commercial Trade Planning.

From 2010 to 2013, John worked at Hostess Brands, where they held the positions of Vice President Sales for Convenience and Drug Stores, as well as Senior Director of Sales for Direct Sales and National Accounts.

In 2015, they joined LALA U.S., Inc as LALA US Vice President Sales, overseeing national and regional accounts.

John's experience also includes working as an Executive Sales Consultant for the Rocky Mountain Popcorn Company in 2014 and as an Executive Sales Consultant and VP Sales for Overhill Farms in 2019.

Most recently, John served as the Vice President and Head of Sales at Treeline Cheese from December 2019 to December 2021. John was responsible for all commercial sales and sales strategy, managing major accounts such as Kroger, Target, Whole Foods, and Ahold.

Additionally, they have volunteered as the Treasurer and Non-Voting Board Member for Radiant Ministries International since 2008.

John Casten completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Baylor University from 1989 to 1993. Afterward, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in International Business and Marketing at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1993 to 1994.
