James Raiola CLU ChFC CFP has extensive work experience in the insurance and financial planning industry. James is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Commonwealth Financial Group as a Certified Financial Planner since February 1987.

James Raiola completed their Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island from 1976 to 1980. James then pursued a Master's degree from the University of Maryland from 1980 to 1982. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications from The American College of Financial Services, including Certified Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. James also obtained the Certified Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning.
