Rick Jardiolin has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. Rick began their career in 2001 as a Senior Planner for Pottery Barn. In 2006, they moved to Bath & Body Works as a Planning Manager for Digital. From 2007 to 2010, they worked for Victoria's Secret as a Planning Manager for Digital & Catalog VS Pink and then as a Planning Manager Digital & Catalog Footwear & Accessories. In 2014, they joined Big Lots Stores as a Planning Manager, where they increased sales by 30%. From 2018 to 2021, they worked for Children's Hunger Alliance as the Director of Marketing and Communications, developing data-driven marketing strategies and increasing brand awareness across all channels. Since 2020, they have been an Advisory Council Member for the Digital Marketing Certificate Program at The George Washington University, School of Business. Rick is currently the Director of Public Relations and Communications for Starlight Children's Foundation.
Rick Jardiolin has a diverse educational background. Rick received a BA in Media Production from the University of Houston. Rick also completed graduate coursework in Business at Golden Gate University. Rick attended Katy High School and Singapore American School, where they received their High School diploma.
