Since July 2022, Candace has served as the Manager of Sales Training at Starlight Homes. Prior to this role, Candace worked at CWS Capital Partners, LLC for over eleven years, starting as a Leasing Consultant and progressing to Senior Training Specialist, where responsibilities included conducting orientation sessions and diversifying training methods to enhance program success. Earlier experience includes various positions at BJ's Restaurants, Inc., culminating as a Food Server. Candace holds a degree from the University of North Texas.
