Jim Lockaby is an experienced construction executive currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Starlight Homes since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jim held the same title at McKinley Homes from April 2020 to November 2022. Jim's career includes positions as Operations Manager and Area Construction Manager at Lennar between February 2018 and April 2020, and as Area Construction Manager at CalAtlantic Homes from January 2014 to February 2018. Jim began a longstanding tenure at Ryland Homes (now part of CalAtlantic Homes) in May 2000, where the role of Project Manager was held until January 2014. Jim's educational background includes studies at Gwinnett Technical College from 1995 to 1996 and graduation from Berkmar High School from 1991 to 1994.
