Margaret Allison

Margaret Allison, GPC.D serves as the Director of Legal Services and Corporate Secretary at Starlight Investments since March 2011, overseeing transaction support, corporate governance, compliance, and securities law matters. In addition to this role, Margaret has been the Corporate Secretary at True North Commercial REIT since March 2015 and held the position of Trust Services/Board Liaison at True North Apartment REIT and True North Commercial REIT from September 2012 to March 2016. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Coordinator/Office Manager at Transglobe Apartment REIT and as a Securities Legal Assistant at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from June 2006 to June 2011. Margaret is also a Notary Public and a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada, holding a degree in Governance in Practice from the Governance Professionals of Canada Education Program.
