Olha Katiushchenko

Olha Katiushchenko is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational management and organizational transformation, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Starlight Production LLC since August 2007. With a history of optimizing organizational structures, Katiushchenko has played key roles in project management and service centralization. Previous positions include CEO of Star Up LLC, where focus was on sales organization and client management, and Marketing Director at TASK Investment Group, leading the marketing function. Katiushchenko holds an Executive MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a PhD in Technology from the State University of Telecommunications. Additional training includes project management from the Lean Institute Ukraine.
