David H currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Prevention in FinCrime at Starling Bank, where responsibilities include the development and delivery of Customer Risk Assessment and oversight of various teams focused on Research and Development, risk testing, and assurance work. Previously, David held the position of Head of Financial Crime Operations, leading several teams in AML and Fraud Operations. With a significant tenure at Equifax UK, David was instrumental in end-to-end solution design and development of fraud models for major banking brands. Early career roles included Fraud Manager and Assistant Money Laundering Reporting Officer at Principality Building Society, and Director and Independent Financial Adviser at Keith Higginson Financial Services Ltd. David has pursued extensive education in financial crime prevention, project management, compliance, and financial planning, holding multiple relevant certifications.
