Richard Morgan

Richard Morgan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing Java applications and microservices. Currently employed at Starling Bank since April 2024, Richard has held key positions at various organizations including SRT Marine Systems plc, MotoNovo Finance, and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), where Richard has transformed legacy systems into modern architectures using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Richard's career includes significant roles in developing financial products at Monitise and leading technical teams at Fujitsu. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Mathematics from Cardiff University.
