Simon Ball

Simon Ball is currently the Head of Quality Assurance & Outcome Testing at Starling Bank. Previously, Simon held roles such as Senior QA Manager in the same company and Quality Operation Manager at Lloyds Banking Group. Simon's experience includes positions such as Banking Quality Assurance Lead and Outcome Tester at various banking institutions. Simon pursued further education, obtaining a Diploma for Financial Advisors from LIBF, a Data Analysis for Management degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Cardiff University. Furthermore, Simon completed a course in Leading Strategic Projects at the University of Oxford.
