Vanessa Premamohan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services and has a diverse background in human resources and training. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Lutherwood since September 2022, Vanessa acts as a liaison between the division and the broader HR team, managing resourcing and manpower planning. Previously, during a decade-long tenure at M. H. Alshaya Co., Vanessa excelled as a Training Specialist, where responsibilities included identifying training needs, facilitating development programs, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Vanessa has a comprehensive educational foundation with degrees from the University of Mumbai, Seneca Polytechnic, and Sikkim Manipal University, complemented by a post-graduate diploma from Humber College.

Starling Community Services (formerly Lutherwood) is a progressive, not-for-profit that annually provides children's mental health, employment, and housing services to more than 16,000 people with diverse identities within Waterloo Region and Wellington County.
