Donna Arena

Donna Arena is an experienced operations professional currently serving as an Operations Specialist and Director of Resident Services at Starling since October 2021, following a promotion to corporate. Donna's prior roles include Senior Care Advisor at CarePatrol Franchise Systems, LLC from May to December 2021, and Sales and Marketing Director at Starling from January to May 2021, as well as Sales Director at The Plaza Assisted Living from February to November 2020. Donna holds a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Flagler College, and an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from St. Johns River State College.
