Paul Arcala

Paul Arcala has extensive experience in operations management and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Starlite Media since February 2014, Paul oversees a network of over 20 field managers to ensure efficient advertising campaign execution and manages logistics from ordering to installation. Previously, as a Human Resource Investigator for Lynwood Unified School District, Paul conducted investigations related to harassment and discrimination, providing detailed reports to stakeholders. Paul also had a long tenure at Long Beach Police Department, retiring as an Investigations Bureau Lieutenant, where responsibilities included managing departmental functions and leading various law enforcement units. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Long Beach City College and attendance at Long Beach Jordan High School.
