Christian Moser

Christian Moser has been working in the engineering and software development field since 2002. Theirfirst job was as an Apprentice Electrician at Steinlin und Partner AG from 2002-2006. Christian then worked as a Software Engineer at Metrohm from 2009-2012. In 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer (Civil Service) at Stiftung Wirtschaft und Ökologie. In 2014, they joined Starmind as a Lead Software Engineer (Scala). During their time at Starmind, they held various roles such as Head of Engineering, Lead Developer (Scala), and Senior Software Engineer (Scala). Christian was responsible for establishing and improving recruitment processes, tripling the core engineering team headcount, providing technical guidance and mentoring, creating an onboarding process, and monitoring engineering efficiency. Christian also evaluated Kubernetes as the next generation production operation platform and introduced platform log aggregation.

Christian Moser obtained their Federal VET Diploma in Electrician from Berufsbildungszentrum Wil between 2002 and 2006. Christian then went on to complete their Federal PET Diploma in Information Technology from Zentrum für berufliche Weiterbildung (ZbW) between 2007 and 2009. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English C1 from Cambridge English Language Assessment and a Professional Scrum Developer I from Scrum.org.
