Tania Thiebach

Tania Thiebach has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Tania is currently the CFO at Starmind, where they oversee the efficient connection of employees to the knowledge they need. Prior to this, they were the CFO at SHERPANY, where they focused on improving meeting processes and resource efficiency. Tania also served as a Board Member at Stichting ViewPointVentures II from 2015 to 2019. Tania has held CFO positions at KNIME and Squirro, where they utilized AI and machine learning to transform enterprise data into actionable insights. Tania's early career included a role as a Certified Accounting Specialist at Müller und Cremer Wirtschaftsprüfung.

Tania Thiebach holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued their studies in this program. Prior to that, they attended IHK Cologne from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Certified Accounting Specialist degree in Tax Law and Taxation. Tania's education history also includes attending Erich-Gutenberg-Berufskolleg in Cologne from 1995 to 1998, where they completed their studies as a Clerk at tax consultants (Steuerfachangestellte) specializing in Tax Law and Accounting.
