Gareth Chadwick

Gareth Chadwick has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Gareth is currently working as an Analytical Manager at Starpharma since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Analytical Services Manager at Anatara Lifesciences Ltd from December 2016 to May 2021, where their responsibilities included providing laboratory services, developing and validating testing methodologies for biotechnology products.

Before that, Gareth worked as an Analytical Projects Manager at CSL Behring from April 2015 to November 2016, where they supported the Australian business through delivery of Quality Control projects and developed a new laboratory database for analytical results.

Gareth's career began in September 1998 at Avecia, where they worked as a Senior Chemist, specializing in preparative HPLC purification of peptides and developing new, efficient routes for solid phase peptide synthesis.

Gareth Chadwick obtained a BSc Hons degree in Chemistry from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Gareth later pursued a PhD in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Strathclyde, completing their studies from 1995 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Gareth has also obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they completed the "Data Science Methodology" course offered by Coursera.
