Debbie Bell, MA, SHRM-CP, sHRBP has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Debbie began their career in 1999 as a Personal Assistant/Class Leader and Music Therapist, BC at Brook Mays Music. In 2005, they were promoted to Human Resources Assistant at the same company. In 2006, they moved to PrimeLending as a Human Resources Assistant and then in 2007 to New Benefits as a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2013, they were promoted to Manager of Human Resources at Starpower Home Entertainment Systems, where they managed payroll and benefit administration, new hire onboarding, performance management, training and development, and acted as a strategic resource for all levels of staff. During their time at New Benefits, they developed a 30/60/90 day new hire survey, created a series of Structured Interview Guides, and developed and implemented a process for completing an annual Job Analysis.
Debbie Bell obtained their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Music Therapy/Therapist from Texas Woman's University in 2001. In December 2017, they earned their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
