Andrew Horowitz

Andrew Horowitz serves as the Controller at Starr Private Equity Partners since November 2020, bringing extensive experience in financial management from previous roles as Controller at Clarion Capital Partners and Norwest Venture Partners. Andrew also held positions at GE as a Senior Accountant and at KPMG, where Andrew worked as a Senior Accountant. Early in Andrew's career, experience was gained as a Senior Accountant at EisnerAmper LLP. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Taxation from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
