Becky McAvoy

Becky McAvoy is a seasoned professional in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll management, currently serving as Sr. Manager for Global HRIS at Starr Insurance Companies since April 2016. In this role, Becky manages the Workday system for Starr Companies across 33 countries, overseeing various functions including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Absence, Integrations, and Performance. Previously, Becky operated as a Human Capital Management Consultant at RL McAvoy Consulting, Inc., and held roles as Director of Shared Services and Director of Payroll at U.S. Security Associates, Inc.
