Kaity Bornaschella

Kaity Bornaschella has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Underwriting Support Services at Starr Insurance Companies since December 2011. Kaity has held several roles within the same organization, including Manager of Underwriting Support Services, Producer Licensing and Appointment Manager, and Assistant Manager of Underwriting Services, among others. Prior to joining Starr Insurance Companies, Kaity gained coaching experience as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Cardinal O'Hara High School and completed internships at United States Liability Insurance Group. Kaity holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from the University of Scranton, earned between 2007 and 2011.
