Margaret Cmielewski

Margaret Cmielewski currently serves as AVP - Construction Claims at Starr Insurance, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Margaret was the Regional Claims Manager for Construction and the Excess Construction Claims Manager at Starr Insurance from September 2015 to December 2022. Margaret's legal career includes experience as a Litigation Partner and Associate at Hodgson Russ LLP from February 2002 to September 2015 and as an Associate at Thurm & Heller from September 1999 to February 2002. Margaret earned a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.S. in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
