Philip Rong

Philip Rong has extensive experience in the insurance and risk consulting industries, having held leadership roles at several prominent companies. At Aon, Philip served as Head of North Asia for Aon Global Risk Consulting and later as Deputy CEO/Head of Specialties for Aon China, significantly increasing revenue across various specialty practices. Philip continued to excel at JLT Asia as CEO, where business revenue more than doubled and profit margins improved. At Allianz Partners, Philip held the role of CEO for Greater China, overseeing a large workforce and full P&L responsibilities. Philip's career began at Marsh Asia as Vice President, where Marsh's Risk Consulting Advisory Practice was established under Philip's leadership. Philip started as a Risk Consultant at FM Global, focusing on risk assessments for multinational corporations. Currently, Philip serves as China CEO for Starr and previously founded and presided over InnovaSure. Philip holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tongji University.
