Markus Ess has held various leadership positions within Starrag AG, focusing on the development and management of machine tools for the aerospace and energy industries. Markus is currently the Director of Technology for the Business Unit HPMS, overseeing turn-key technologies and automation solutions in the aerospace & turbines and transport industry. With a strong background in engineering and management, Markus has successfully led teams of engineers in designing and implementing fully automated production systems, adhering to Industry 4.0 standards. Their experience in research and development, as well as their educational background in mechanical engineering and business management, equip him with the skills necessary to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
