Sasa Colic

Sasa Colic has significant work experience in various HR roles. Sasa started their career at Coop as an HR Manager from February 2007 to August 2011. Sasa then worked at Swarovski, first as the Head of HR Finance and Administration from September 2011 to December 2012, and then as the Head of HR Operations from December 2012 to May 2015. Following that, they joined Medtronic as an HR Manager for MITG Switzerland from August 2015 to December 2017. Later, they worked at DGS Druckguss Systeme AG as the Head of Human Resources from December 2017 to March 2019. Currently, they serve as the Head of Group Human Resources at Starrag since May 2019.

Sasa Colic's education history includes attending the University of applied science in Business Administration (FHS St. Gallen) from 2003 to 2006. Here, Sasa obtained a degree in Business Economist with a major in Human Resources Management. In 2012 and 2013, Sasa attended the Swarovski Leadership Academy in Switzerland and Bangkok respectively. In Switzerland, Sasa received training as an Initial Leader, while in Bangkok, Sasa pursued further education in the field of HR as an HR Business Partner at the Swarovski Leadership Academy.
