Amanda K. Koch

Amanda K. Koch has a diverse range of work experience. Amanda K. currently works at StarRez, Inc. starting in 2022. Amanda K. has held the roles of Project Consultant from January 2022 to May 2023, and currently works as a Project Manager. Prior to that, Amanda worked at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as an Assignments and Student Services Coordinator from September 2021 to January 2022.

A significant portion of Amanda's experience comes from their time at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where they worked from March 2017 to August 2021. Here, they served as the Housing Assignments Coordinator and Office Manager. In this role, they managed housing application processes, room selection, housing assignments, and room changes for students. Additionally, Amanda oversaw the implementation and management of the housing software system, StarRez. Amanda K. also supervised front desk operations and trained staff members.

From July 2012 to March 2017, Amanda worked at Valparaiso University as the Assistant Director of Residential Life. Amanda K.'sresponsibilities included managing residence halls and apartments, overseeing room assignment processes, conducting inspections, handling damage assessments, and serving as a liaison to campus partners and vendors. Amanda K. also implemented housing management software during their time there.

Prior to Valparaiso University, Amanda worked at the University of Tennessee from July 2007 to July 2012 as a Hall Director. Amanda K.'sduties included developing and administering a residence life program, supervising and developing staff members, handling student discipline, and managing facility operations.

Amanda's work experience also includes positions at the University of South Dakota as a Graduate Hall Director from August 2005 to May 2007, and at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay as a Community Advisor, Summer Housing Assistant, and Resident Assistant from August 2003 to May 2005.

Amanda K. Koch completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2001 to 2005. Amanda K. then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Educational Administration with a specialization in Adult & Higher Education at the University of South Dakota from 2005 to 2007. Following this, Amanda went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology & Motor Behavior from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville between 2009 and 2011.
