Ali Alwash has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ali started their career in 2011 as a Radio Frequency Engineer at Northern Digital Telecommunication, where they were involved in 3G network installation, microwave planning, and site surveys. In 2012, they joined Jordan European Internet Services as a Fiber Network Design Engineer, responsible for designing routes for fiber-based services and utilizing CWDM and DWDM applications to increase traffic on fiber rings.

In 2014, Ali worked as a Wireless Network Design Engineer at Digital Interiors, Inc., where they performed wireless technology appraisals, network design, testing, and surveying. Ali also managed installation projects onsite. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Network Planning Engineer at TPx Communications, troubleshooting network latency and packet loss issues, monitoring dark fiber rings, and conducting radio frequency interference analysis and studies.

Since 2018, Ali has been working at Starry, Inc. In their role as an RF Engineer, they design, plans, verifies, and optimizes the performance of point-to-multipoint wireless systems. Ali supports the Network Design and Deployment group by developing wireless network designs and performs quantitative analysis using radio network planning tools and GIS. Ali also contributes to fiber network ring designs, capacity growth management, and wireless capacity planning.
