Joe Lipowski

Joe Lipowski is the current Chief Technical Officer at Starry. Joe has held this position since 2015. Prior to joining Starry, Joe served as the CTO of Aereo, Inc. from 2010 to 2015. Joe has also held senior engineering positions at LoJack and Andrew Corporation. Joe began their career in 1988 as a Technology Director at PCSI. Joe has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Joe Lipowski has a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
