Kathryn Truscott

Kathryn Truscott, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in donor relations, development, and talent management. Currently serving as Sr. Donor Relations and Development at STARS since 2023, Kathryn is also the Founder and CEO of MTRX Sports and Entertainment, a position held since October 2018. Previous roles include Executive Director at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, with tenures from 2018 to 2019 and 2021 to 2023, and Director on the Board at KidSport Calgary & Area from 2015 to 2019, focusing on enabling youth participation in organized sports. Kathryn has received recognition for excellence in business, notably winning first place in the Digital Technology Challenge during an Executive MBA program at the Global Innovation Management Institute.
