Thomas Marshall

Thomas Marshall, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources across various industries, primarily within retail and hospitality. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers since February 2018, Thomas manages HR functions for over 1,200 employees and ensures compliance with employment laws while advising the C-suite on strategic solutions. Previous roles include HR support at North Highland, Regional Human Resources Director at SP+, Senior Human Resources Generalist at the Atlanta Journal Constitution, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Scholastic Book Fairs. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and English from Augsburg University and further education from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
