Tara Morgan

Tara Morgan has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Tara started their career as a Regional HR Manager at Consolidated Container Company in 2004 and held this position until 2005. Tara then transitioned to becoming a Labor and Employment Attorney at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Following that, they joined OSI Systems as an HR Director/In-House Counsel from 2009 to 2011. Currently, they are working at Stars Behavioral Health Group as a Senior Director HR/Corporate Counsel, a position they have held since 2011.

Tara Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from the University of South Alabama from 1992 to 1996. Tara then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR at Troy University between 1999 and 2001. Finally, from 2005 to 2008, they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Western State College of Law, specializing in Law.
