Alice Lee

Alice Lee currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Stars Therapy Services since December 2022. Previously, Alice co-owned Spring Garden Kids Korner, where responsibilities included managing budgeting, client relations, and developing preschool curricula. Alice has significant experience in behavioral treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, having worked as a Program Supervisor at Easter Seals Bay Area, where Alice developed individualized treatment plans and supervised program delivery. Additional roles included tutoring and behavior therapy, with early career experience as a litigation paralegal. Alice holds an M.F.A. in Motion Picture & Television from the Academy of Art University and has completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology.
