Kristi Viira

Kristi Viira is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Starship Technologies since November 2021, Kristi collaborates closely with European team leaders to provide guidance throughout the employee life cycle. Previously, Kristi held various roles at Eesti Energia from May 2019 to November 2021, including Recruitment and Employment Relations Partner, where responsibilities included managing recruitment projects and supporting onboarding processes. Earlier in the career at Manpower OÜ from August 2007 to May 2019, Kristi specialized as an HR Partner, focusing on recruitment projects and HR consulting. Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Work, and Social Policy from the University of Tartu, earned between 2002 and 2005.
