Joshua Roberts is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a diverse background across various roles. Currently serving as a Sales Development Executive at Starshipit since October 2021, Joshua previously worked at Serato as a Customer Specialist, where technical support was provided to an international user base. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Agent and Registered Financial Advisor at Momentum Life NZ, focusing on converting cold leads into funeral insurance sales, and as a Retail Sales Assistant at Nestlé Nespresso, delivering face-to-face customer service. Joshua also held roles in reception and administration at Heritage Hotels, supervising a team and managing operations, and owned a headlight restoration business, Britelite Limited. Joshua holds a Certificate in Business from Auckland University of Technology.
