Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Agent and Registered Financial Advisor at Momentum Life NZ, focusing on converting cold leads into funeral insurance sales, and as a Retail Sales Assistant at Nestlé Nespresso, delivering face-to-face customer service. Joshua also held roles in reception and administration at Heritage Hotels, supervising a team and managing operations, and owned a headlight restoration business, Britelite Limited. Joshua holds a Certificate in Business from Auckland University of Technology.
