Cathryn Warner

Cathryn Warner is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and finance within the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as the US COO at StarStone Insurance since February 2019, Cathryn has previously held advisory roles in operations at BMO Capital Markets and KGS-Alpha Capital Markets, where solutions were developed to enhance risk management and operational controls. Notable experience includes roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where critical regulatory mandates were implemented, and significant contributions to liquidity and market risk management.
