Susan Carpenter

Susan Carpenter is currently serving as the VP - Healthcare Claims at StarStone Insurance, where Susan oversees medical professional liability, general liability, and excess claims. Prior to this role, Susan has held various positions in the healthcare and insurance industry, including Litigation Specialist at Tenet Healthcare and Claims Representative at Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers. Susan's extensive experience also includes roles such as Research Manager at Derm Research Center of NY and Director of Quality Assurance/Laboratory Manager at Research Testing Laboratories. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Political Science from Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music, as well as an AS Nursing degree from Shenandoah University.
