Emma Plowman

Emma Plowman is the Co-Founder of The Diverse Directors Programme and the Talent Director at Start Codon, a venture capital fund that supports start-up life science and healthcare companies. Emma is also the Founder of P2 Knowledge Ltd, an HR/People organisation, an Associate at Hoxby, and was previously the Director of TURTLE DOVE CAMBRIDGE COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY. With a background in HR and people management, Emma has held various leadership roles at companies such as Anglian Water Services, AstraZeneca, and ARM. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Kingston University and completed their A Levels in Geography and Maths at Ramsey Abbey School.
