Damaris Mendoza Loera

Damaris Mendoza Loera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment relations and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at 500 Global since November 2022 and a member of the Global Women in VC since January 2021, Damaris also contributes as a member of the advisory board for the START Fellowship, a program dedicated to empowering young founders from low- and middle-income countries. Previous positions include Investor Relations Manager and Accelerator Partnerships Manager at 500 LatAm, as well as roles at Boletia and Milenio. Damaris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Digital Media from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Audiovisual Communications from the University of the Fraser Valley, complemented by a brief program at Stanford University School of Engineering.
