Mardiana Sani currently serves as a Relationship Management Coach at START Global, where coaching focuses on key stakeholder relationships. With extensive experience as a Teambuilding and Corporate Culture Consultant at Superlobby Ltd since 2016, Mardiana Sani has led various branding and positioning projects across multiple organizations, including Migros Kulturprozent and GenTwo. Previously, Mardiana held leadership roles at lululemon, overseeing operations and community engagement in the Zurich branch, and engaged in voluntary work with Action For Women during the refugee crisis in Greece. Early career highlights include a role as a Yoga Instructor and experience as a Photographer and Creative Director at Blue Tree Studios. Mardiana Sani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from RMIT University.

START Global
START Global is building the seeding ground for entrepreneurial talent. Our non-profit student initiative was established in 1996 at the University of St. Gallen. Since then, we have built a community of like-minded founders and entrepreneurial-minded individuals deeply embedded in Europe's startup ecosystem. Our organization hosts the annual START Summit x Hack, organizes the START Fellowship program, and connects entrepreneurial minds. Through these efforts, we aim to unleash the innovative potential of entrepreneurial ecosystems. Since 2016, START has been supported by the START Foundation and its advisory board, which includes ten distinguished Swiss entrepreneurs and investors, amongst others, Daniel Gutenberg, Urs Wietlisbach and Florian Schweitzer.
