Boris Shmerlin

Boris Shmerlin is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as VP of R&D at Start.io (formerly StartApp) since January 2013, where previous roles have included Director of Advertising R&D, Director of R&D, R&D Team Leader, and Software Engineer. Prior to this, Boris held various positions at Amdocs from May 2005 to January 2013, including Software Development Team Leader, Software Development Expert, and Software Engineer. Boris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, earned between 2001 and 2005.
