Elan Carter

Elan Carter has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Elan is currently working at Start.io as the VP of Growth and Business Development, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at a stealth audio startup as the Founder in 2020. From 2019 to 2020, Elan was the Vice President of US Programmatic Strategy at YouAppi, a growth marketing platform for mobile brands. Elan also has experience at Inneractive, where they held roles as the Director of Programmatic Demand and as an Account Executive. Additionally, Elan has worked at companies such as Matomy Media Group, Ad Value, Beamups, Highlight Films, and the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, where they held various roles related to business development, marketing, and media production.

Elan Carter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from Reichman University from 2006 to 2009. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Elan pursued a Global MBA degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, also at Reichman University.
