Dave McGill, AMP has over 25 years of work experience across various industries, including mortgage insurance, mortgage banking, and business consulting. Dave is currently serving as the VP of Coaching and Development at Mortgage Educators & Compliance. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Growth and Business Development at Security Home Mortgage, where they focused on enhancing client experiences, recruiting loan officers, and collaborating with managers and executives. Dave also worked as an Account Manager at Arch Mortgage Insurance Company and PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., providing strategic consulting and valuable home ownership solutions. Dave's earlier career included roles as an Account Executive at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Executive Consultant at CSG Builder Alliance, and CitiMortgage Account Executive at Citi. Furthermore, they have entrepreneurship experience as an Owner of PC Discounters and a Franchise Owner of MOLLY MAID.

Dave McGill, AMP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Finance emphasis at Brigham Young University from 1988 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Manchester High School from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Creative Thinking from LinkedIn in September 2019.
