Pankaj Kumar

Pankaj Kumar serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Start Network since November 2023, representing Welthungerhilfe, and is currently the Country Director for Welthungerhilfe since May 2023. Previous notable roles include Country Director for Christian Aid in Bangladesh, where leadership in change management and resource mobilization was pivotal, and extensive consultancy work with international agencies emphasizing proposal development for humanitarian projects. Kumar has held significant positions in various organizations such as Plan International, Concern Worldwide, and Oxfam, focusing on program management, strategic planning, and disaster risk reduction. Educated with a Master's in Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and a Bachelor's in Architecture, Kumar has undergone professional development through an executive programme at Plan Academy.
