Christian Ash

Christian Ash is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in recruitment and operational management. Currently serving as Operations Director at Start People LTD since January 2024, Christian previously held the role of Director of Operations - North at Acorn by Synergie from June 2006 to January 2024, overseeing operational and sales management of recruitment sites across multiple regions. Christian's career includes positions at Manpower Inc. as Business Manager, managing the Preston office, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Reed, where responsibilities included recruiting for national accounts across Lancashire. Christian holds a BA in Business Studies from the University of Hull and completed A-levels at Hutton Grammar School.
