With over 9 years of experience in human resources, Chris has become a passionate advocate for creating inclusive environments and promoting a sense of belonging within workplaces and society. In his current role as Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Talent Acquisition Programs Manager at PwC, Chris leads the diversity recruiting strategies across talent acquisition including both campus and experienced recruitment teams.
Prior to joining PwC, Chris has held various positions in I&D, campus talent acquisition and early talent development within financial services. Through his experience, he has become a trusted advisor in the I&D space after successfully leading various enterprise wide I&D strategies and initiatives. Before joining corporate Canada, Chris spent over 7 years working in health promotion and youth engagement within the public sector where he found his passion for supporting social issues and inequality.
Chris has an Honours B.A. from the University of Ottawa, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College and his CHRP designation.
