Owen Berry (He/Him)

At Start Proud, Owen Berry serves as the Vice President of Operations, playing a crucial role in driving the organization's mission to empower and support the LGBTQ+ community in their professional journeys. In this capacity, Owen leads the day-to-day operations, working closely with the President and other Vice Presidents to ensure that the organizational mandate is executed effectively. Owen is also responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment and hiring of volunteers, providing them with the necessary direction and support to successfully carry out the organization's operations. Furthermore, Owen manages Start Proud's IT systems and databases, ensuring their security, efficiency, and optimal functionality in order to support the various initiatives and programs offered by the organization.
